Pet Owners Upset Over 'No Barking' Sign At Dog Park

Sure, one can't blame people for wanting to spend an afternoon at a park without having to listen to dogs constantly barking. But at a dog park? Toronto dog owners are upset after city officials posted a "no barking" sign at a local dog park. It reads, "Due to the closeness of the area residents, do not allow your dogs to bark and disturb the neighborhood. Excessive barking will not be tolerated." The order has been met with anger by the park's regular visitors, one of whom calls it "lunacy." Another, Lee-Tal Hatuka, says, "We’re at a dog park, so I think there being some form of barking or a little bit of commotion is highly likely. I don’t know why anyone would think this is a reasonable sign."
