A Rochester teenager is facing serious charges for setting a mattress on fire while a man was sleeping on it. Dylan Kincaid, 18, was indicted on charges of second degree murder, second-degree arson and second-degree assault, all felonies. Investigators said he set the mattress on fire at the Elk Place hotel on January 6. Police said the man woke up to find the mattress on fire. Kincaid is currently in jail.
