A mother and son from Olean are now facing murder charges. They are accused of killing 57 year old Royce Chapman of Clarksville.
Lana Joseph, 51, and Richard Mosher III, 26, are being held on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond at the Allegany County jail.
Wednesday night on County Route 40, Chapman was found dead in his home. Motive and cause of death have not been released.
