NEWS10NBC has uncovered the pictures of Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio's daughter and son blowing into her interlock.
A camera was placed in her car and takes a picture with each test. On separate occasions, Astacio’s daughter was snapped blowing into it to get the car started. Eighteen days later, a boy in the car was snapped blowing into the interlock device.
