Homeowner Holds Gun to Neck of Stranger in House

A Batavia man woke up after hearing noise in his living room and when he went to investigate, he found a man “flopping” on the floor.

After he had got his gun and called police, he went back to find the flopping man standing to his feet. The homeowner put the gun at his neck and ask what he was doing there. He told the homeowner that he was looking for a friend and thought he was in an apartment above Bill Goat's... which was 2 miles away.

Joshua M. Bratcher, 26, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.

No burglary charges were filed
