Rocco Stagnitto finally returned to the place where his son overdosed on heroin in a Facebook LIVE video!
Last October, his son overdosed at an abandoned house on Scrantom Street. The people Rocco's son, Anthony, was shooting up with left him behind to die at the house alone. He was later found dead.
