Brittney Ellis of Portage was arrested and charged after she stole $37 worth of stuff from an Express Mart in Dalton.
Cops saw Brittney Ellis in a car with signs of intoxication. She was high as a kite. petit larceny.
Ellis was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree AND another petit larceny count for an incident at a 7-Eleven in the village of Nunda.
