Angelina Pellegrino is upset after her beagle Shar-Pei mix was attacked by another dog on State Street last week. The dog that attacked has a history of violence and it left 4 puncture wounds on Angelina's pup.
Earlier last month, the dog bit a person inside of its home on State Street on Feb. 7.
