Adam Mesiti, 46, was arrested after he raped an underage girl at Holley High School. He is facing 10 counts of third degree rape, 20 counts of third degree criminal sexual act and 30 counts of sex misconduct
The student at Holley High School was 17 and had sexual contact with Mesiti over the course of 3 months.
Mesiti provided security for the Holley School District when the incidents happened.
Mesiti was remanded to jail on $25,000 cash bail, $25,000 bond.
