On Wednesday, a Texas woman called 911 and said a man is “outside her window having sex with a fence” in North Austin.
Eleodoro Estala, 32, was arrested for indecent exposure after he was seen exposing himself and making lewd gestures.
The woman started filming Estala with her cell phone and when the man saw her... and took off his clothes.
Estala then began to have sex with a fence.
Estala appeared to be intoxicated, uncooperative, and has since then been arrested with bail being set at $2,500.
