Newark Police found Scott Tuper Jr. asleep at the wheel in the Marie Avenue parking lot with a glass pipe and money on his lap, with a passenger listening to the radio and scrolling on his cell phone.
Police found 26.7 grams of crack cocaine and he was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.
He was arraigned and remanded to jail on $2500 cash/$5000 bond.
