Albion Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident near 301 Hamilton Street and when they arrived, they found that a vehicle that had struck a utility pole.
Courtney Robertson, 39, was intoxicated and had her 6 y/o in the vehicle. She ALSO had a drink in the car with her at the time of the accident.
Robertson was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated- E-Felony (Leandra's Law), Driving While Intoxicated- Misdemeanor, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle- Traffic Infraction, Operate Motor Vehicle with No Seat Belt- Traffic Infraction, Move from Lane Unsafely- Traffic Infraction.
