Bill has been wondering lately if there is something in the water. Part of it is because of a couple of recent stories that have popped up regarding adults being sexually inappropriate with kids.
One of them, involves this lady named Brooke Lajines.
She's 38 years old and reportedly admitted to have sex with a 14-year-old boy between 8 to 15 times.
On a more nefarious note, authorities are searching for Tad Cummins who is suspected of kidnapping a 15-year-old girl. He had recently been suspended from the school he taught at for inappropriate contact with student.
So are there more creeps among us, or in the new digital world are we just hearing about a higher percentages of cases?
