Autumn Hanna, 30, and Joshua Shepard, 29, were arrested after shooting up heroin in front of their 18 month old son at the Highlands Apartments in Geneseo.
They were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal nuisance, both misdemeanors.
The couple’s baby is now being cared for by the grandmother.
Geneseo police were first notified by one of Hanna’s friends, Heather, who was in couple’s apartment at the time they were shooting up. She took a photo and video.
Hanna and Shepard were arraigned in Geneseo Village Court and remanded them to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
