The charges have been dropped!
18 y/o Andrew Coley of Albion and 17 y/o Hunter Slutzky of Webster were arrested after they were caught with crack cocaine, heroin and pills in an Albion Motel room last October.
A 15 year old runaway girl from Albany that was also in the motel room.
Coley and Slutzky plead guilty to Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Max sentence of 1 year.
The drug charges were thrown out because the Judge said the search warrant was insufficient.
