Dominic Mineccia was found guilty of driving his dead girlfriend's body around in Monroe County Court.
In December 2014, his girlfriend Nicole Grana, died of a heroin overdose. Mineccia had purchased the drugs, which were laced with fentanyl.
Grana took the heroin and overdosed.
Mineccia found her dead body, took her body in his car and drove her around with their 16-month-old son in the backseat
He returned home, brought her body back in the house, and then called 911.
He is scheduled to return for sentencing on May 25.
