Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio was found in a T-shirt and NO PANTS, wandering in a field after climbing over an electric fence. 6' 7", 322-pound Kouandjio yelled, "Shoot me," after Police arrived.
Kouandjio parked on Route 400 in Elma on the shoulder and climbed over a guardrail into a farmer's field.
This may be a case involving synthetic pot.
