38-year-old Shanya Beasley of Rochester
28-year-old Lamar Nelson of Rochester
36-year-old Virginia Rivera of Albion
Also found was cash, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.
Beasley was charged with 4 felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and 6 felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd.
Rivera was charged with 1 felony count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and 3 felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd.
Nelson was charged with 2 felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd.
Beasley's bail was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond
Rivera's bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond
Nelson was remanded to the jail without bail. He already has a past!
