James Toole, 45, and Petal Sharp, 39, were arrested after they were involved in a fight at the Roseland Bowl. Sharp took off with her 7 y/o daughter, and when she was finally stopped, she was drunk.
When she was questioned, she began to swear at Officers and even tried to kick the Officers.
Sharp was charged with DWI with a child less than 15-years-old (Leandra's Law), endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
Toole was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
