Henrietta Employee Charged with Eavesdropping

Marlene Youngman, a Town of Henrietta employee, has been accused of recording coworkers’ conversations a felony, and having a recording device.

Youngman was busted recording conversations while she was NOT PRESENT. 

As she was recording, someone knocked over her bag and the device fell out.

Town Supervisor Jack Moore says she has been suspended with pay.

Youngman has been an employee with the town for 35 years.
