A Mr. Ding A Ling Ice Cream truck driver was busted with a bunch of empty beer cans in his on Tuesday!
Thomas Powers, 51, of Troy, was driving his 1973 white ice cream truck along Route 9.
2 empty and 3 unopened cans of beers were found inside the truck and Powers was slurring his words and smelled of booze.
Powers was charged with DWI, failure to stay in a single lane and open bottle inside a vehicle.
