Adam Mesiti, 46, pleaded guilty after raping an underage girl at Holley High School.
Mesiti will serve six months MAX in jail.
Mesiti worked for a security firm for the Holley School District in 2014 when he raped a student under the age of 17. She was 16.
Mesiti was arrested on ten counts of third degree rape, 20 counts of third degree criminal sexual act and 30 counts of sex misconduct.
Mesiti is a retired officer of the Brockport Police Department and the owner of Five Sons Winery and RG Brewery in Sweden.
