Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio violated her probation after the ignition interlock device in her car detected booze on her breath.
Astacio's attorney, Ed Fiandach, said she will be in Thailand until August.
On April 29, the ignition interlock device on Astacio's vehicle failed to start due to a BAC of .061 percent.
The camera in the vehicle captured a young woman who is not Astacio blowing into the device and registering a .00 BAC reading.
