Man That Crashed into Rochester HELP truck Charged with DWI


Yesterday, a car slammed into a HELP truck on the shoulder of the road at a high rate of speed.

David Young, 61, was arrested for DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, third degree assault, and numerous traffic infractions.

He was taken to Strong Hospital with serious injuries.

Young was also arrested in November of 2014 on in Avon for having 90 bags of heroin and needles in his car.

Young was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading guilty to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree
