"UPDATE at 3:35 p.m. Friday: Batavia Police said a parolee is in custody for Thursday's bank robbery.
Police said 25-year-old Steven Vega of Rochester is currently in custody with the Rochester Police Department.
Vega’s arrest is pending; he will be arraigned in Batavia City Court.

Police say the suspect was wearing a blue hoodie, a white Yankees hat and blue jeans. They say he also had a neck tattoo.
