Jared Price, 21, is facing charges after he drove a car with an ax stuck to the roof while on drugs.
The car had no license plates, no windshield, no doors, and had an axe stuck in the roof.
Price was given a field sobriety test and BOMBED. He was taken into custody and the car was towed.
