Keyoni Adams, 26, was arrested and charged with arson for a house fire last month.
On July 14, Rochester firefighters arrived Kestrel Street. Two families were home when the fire was allegedly set. She started the fire after having an argument with one of the people living in the multi-unit house.
Adams was charged with arson in the 2nd.
