22/17 Year Old Busted Doing Heroin in Tops Parking Lot

TheDailyNews - "Rhiannon A. Wilson is accused of dumping two bags of heroin as deputies approached.

A 17-year-old girl, in the meantime, allegedly possessed 21 bags of heroin with intent to sell.

Both were jailed Friday after a report of a female injecting drugs inside a vehicle in the Tops Friendly Market parking lot, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies had received a complaint at 8:47 p.m. from a person who had walked by and saw what was allegedly happening in the vehicle.

They arrived to find the vehicle still in the parking lot and occupied by three females, said Sgt. Colin Reagan and Deputy Bradley McGinnis.

Besides dumping the heroin onto the ground, Wilson, 22, of Bliss allegedly possessed two syringes.

Deputies said the heroin’s street value was estimated at about $10 per bag.

Wilson, 22, of Bliss was charged after an investigation with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was committed to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

The 17-year-old’s name is not being released due to her age. She was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Wyoming County Drug Task members responded to the scene and assisted the investigation. The third person in the vehicle was not charged.

The arrests marked the second drug-related incident in three days at the plaza north of the village.

On Tuesday, Wendell Fuqua and Raven Houston, both of Rochester, were jailed after an alleged crack cocaine sale in the nearby McDonald’s parking lot."
