On August 6, 2017 at 4:37am, Matthew J Wesolowski, 23 of Cowlesville, NY was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Upon Troopers arriva, Wesolowski's vehicle was located in the ditch and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. He also had a bag of weed on him.
Wesolowski was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of Marijuana.
