How is this even RIGHT?!
A 19 year old man in Rochester has recently been released from state prison and is now on parole. He will go live with his mother and sister, but they also have a pitbull who was a bait dog.
The dog has been tamed and they have owned this dog for 3.5 years. The son has been in jail for 1 year.
When the Parole Officer visited the house where the man was staying, the Officer saw the dog and immediately gave an ultimatum. Either you get rid of the dog, or her son has to stay in a halfway house.
The mother and daughter now either face the option of getting rid of the dog... or the son.
Apparently, the Parole Officer has every right to give this option.
