WHEC - "A 17-year-old student has been charged with a felony after troopers say he made a false bomb report.Hunter Peck, of Newark, is charged with falsely reporting an incident.Troopers were called to the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES campus in Williamson just before 10 a.m. Friday for a report that a suspicious package may have a bomb inside.
The campus was evacuated while troopers, with help from the state bomb disposal unit, the Monroe County Sheriff's Bomb Disposal Unit and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, investigated the package.Eventually, investigators determined the package was not a threat. The campus was also searched by K-9 units. Troopers found no explosive devices. However, students were sent home for the day.After the investigation, Peck was arrested and arraigned Friday afternoon in the Town of Ontario Court."
