On Sunday at 9 pm, Corey Jock, 39, of Laurel Drive in Sodus, choked and threatened a family member during an fight.
There was already an existing restraining order.
Jock was arraigned in Sodus Town Court on Charges of Felony Criminal Contempt 1st degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, and Harassment in the 2nd.
