13 WHAM - "A Canandaigua man has been charged with second degree assault after allegedly hitting another man with a pipe wrench.
Douglas Aucter, 57, was arrested Monday after allegedly hitting the victim in the head and face. Police say the victim suffered lacerations and contusions.
Aucter was remanded to the Ontario County Jail"
