13 WHAM - "Rochester police say a woman was arrested for harassing Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio.
Police say they responded to Radio Social shortly before 9:00 p.m. Saturday for a report of a fight.
They confirm the alleged victim was Judge Astacio.
53-year-old Monica Skinner of Spencerport was arrested for violation of Harassment in the Second Degree.
In a post on her Facebook page, Astacio addressed the incident saying a stranger chased her, grabbed her arm and asked if she was Judge Astacio.
"When I told her not to touch me, she pushed me and asked me to go outside," she wrote in the post.
In her Facebook post, Astacio thanked the staff at Radio Social for interceding to resolve the situation.
Astacio also addressed recent criticism she's faced.
"I have no intentions of resigning, hanging my head in shame, hiding in my home, or any other ridiculous penalty you deem appropriate," she wrote.
Last week, Astacio was accused of violating probation again. Prosecutors say she left Monroe County to go to Del Lago Resort and Casino in September.
This is the latest allegation in a series of events for Astacio following her 2016 DWI conviction and subsequent violations of the conditions of her sentencing.
She is due in court on Tuesday, to answer to the latest accusation"
