WHEC - "The woman accused of harassing Judge Astacio will be arraigned later this month.
Monica Skinner was originally scheduled to be arraigned before Judge Ellen Yacknin. However, Judge Yacknin recused herself from the case. Skinner will now be arraigned on Oct. 23rd at 9:30 a.m.
Skinner was charged with second degree harassment after she reportedly shoved Judge Astacio at Radio Social Saturday night.
News10NBC obtained the court documents filed for Skinner's charge. The documents contain statements, including one from Judge Astacio. In her statement, Judge Astacio told police that the defendant "grabbed my arm and then asked if I was Judge Astacio."
Judge Astacio said she was, and told police she told the defendant "to let go of me at which time the defendant two hand pushed me in my chest then asked me if I wanted to take things outside.""
