13 WHAM - "Two men are recovering at a local hospital after a motorcycle collided with a lawnmower Thursday afternoon.
According to Monroe County Sheriff's deputies, this happened around 2 p.m. on Palmer Road.
A 91-year-old man was riding his lawnmower across the roadway to get the mail from his mailbox when he was hit by a motorcyclist driving by.
The 65-year-old motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, as was the man on the mower.
Both were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Deputies said they do not believe the motorcycle was traveling at a higher speed, based on the injuries.
There is no word on any tickets yet."
