Newark Village Police arrested Lynsey Vanwyngaarden, 24, of Phelps for Failure to Keep Right and Passing a Red Light.
She was then found to have a BAC of .14. Her car was towed from the scene and she was arraigned and remanded to jail on $250 cash/$500 bond.
