Avon Woman Charged with DWI after Crashing into Pole

13 WHAM - "A woman from Avon was arrested on charges of DWI and aggravated DWI Monday after a crash in Geneseo.

According to Livingston County Sheriff's deputies, a deputy was out on patrol around 4:10 a.m. and came across a crash on Geneseo Mt. Morris Road at the intersection of Jones Bridge Road.

"The driver of the car, later identified as 34-year-old Ashley Graumann, was laying on the road next to the vehicle.

Investigators determined Graumann was driving and went off the road, crashing into a utility pole.

Graumann was treated at the scene by EMS and then underwent several field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Deputies arrested Graumann and took her to the Livingston County Jail, where she registered a .22 BAC. She was also found to be driving with a driver's license that had been suspended seven times.

Graumann was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, speed not reasonable or prudent, and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle"
