Father Pleads Not Guilty to DWI After 6-Month-Old Daughter Killed in Crash

13 WHAM - "A Rochester man was arraigned on DWI and vehicular manslaughter charges after a crash that killed his six-month-old daughter in Webster.

The crash happened just before 11 p.m. Tuesday. Route 104 eastbound service road near Barrett Drive.

"Police say 33-year-old Isaac Mccrea was driving a 2001 Suzuki SUV, went off Rt. 104 East just before the Rt. 250 exit, crossed over the access road and slammed into a tree.

State Police say Mccrea was injured, but not seriously and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

There were three children in the SUV.

Karena Mccrea, a six-month-old girl, was found in a child seat and pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two children - Kahiri Mccrea, a 5-year-old boy, and Khyree Mccrea, a 2-year-old girl- were injured, as well. Kahiri had minor injuries, while Khyree had a possible head injury.

Both were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

Isaac was arrested and charged with DWI, vehicular manslaughter 2nd, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlicensed operation, operating with a suspended registration, operating without insurance, and several other traffic violations.

Mccrea was arraigned in Webster Town Court Wednesday morning."
