13 WHAM - "Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash in Manchester Thursday afternoon.
Initial reports came in around 2:15 p.m. for a crash involving a car that hit a fuel tanker on Armington Road.
The road is located between Stafford Road and Route 21.
"According to the Shortsville Fire Department, a car collided with a truck on the road.
There is no word on how many people were involved in the crash, if there are any injuries or how long the road might be closed."
