WHEC - "A Stuyvesant woman is facing charges after state police say she put out cigarettes on a child.
Troopers say they received a complaint of possible abuse on Nov. 27. State police investigated the complaint and say they found that 31-year-old Sabrina Rawlins had extinguished cigarettes on the hands of a seven-year-old child.
Rawlins was arrested on Nov. 28 for assault and endangering the welfare of a child. She was remanded to the Columbia County Jail on $1,000 cash/$3,000 bond."
