WHEC - "A South Glens Falls man is facing charges after troopers say he drove nearly 30 miles per hour over the speed limit while intoxicated.
On Nov. 26, troopers say they stopped a vehicle on Interstate 87 in the City of Saratoga Springs for going 92 mph in a 65 mph zone. Troopers gave the driver, 52-year-old Stephen Murphy, a field sobriety test.
State police say Murphy failed the test and had a blood alcohol content of .16 percent – twice the legal limit. Murphy was charged with DWI and released on tickets."
