Parents Drive 15 Y/O Daughter Over to Another Girl’s House for a Fight

TimesofWayneCounty - "State Police out of Wolcott reported the arrest on Tuesday (12/5) of Jessica Morales, age 33, currently residing at 132 East Genesee Street in Auburn for Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It is alleged that on August 16th, Morales and Adam Thomas, age 40, drove their 15 year-old daughter over to a residence on West Church Street in the Town of Savannah to engage in a fight with a 16 year-old girl. A total of 11 people became involved, mostly juveniles.

As the fight between the two girls was subsiding, Morales reportedly  took a glass Coke bottle and smashed it over the 16 year-old girl’s head three times. The girl suffered a concussion and was taken to Newark-Wayne Hospital for treatment.

Thomas, who was arrested during the same incident back on November 15th, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree after allegedly punching Herminio DeJesus in the face at the residence multiple times, requiring 17 stitches. DeJesus was also taken to Newark-Wayne Hospital for treatment. 

Morales and Thomas lived at 1438 Vandyne Spoor Road in the Town of Savannah at the time of the incident.

Auburn Police picked up Morales after responding to a domestic incident involving another man on the Savannah Assault warrant and turned her over to the State Police in Wolcott. She was arraigned and remanded to jail on $5000 cash/$10,000 bond to reappear in Savannah Town Court.

Morales is also wanted on two warrants out of Seneca Falls for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Petit Larceny."
