LCN - "One down, two to go.

A former Batavia woman was sentenced Dec. 4 in Orleans County Court to 16 months to four years in state prison for DWI as a class D felony.

Sharon L. Davis, 54, whose last address was Geneseo, had four felony DWI charges against her this year, with the first coming in the town of Barre on April 21.

Judge Sara Sheldon could have sentenced Davis to up to seven years in prison, a term she still faces in Genesee and Livingston counties.

The DWI in Barre was her third DWI arrest since 2007.She was convicted of misdemeanor DWI in 2007 and felony DWI in 2008.

She was arrested on May 15 in Batavia and charged with felony DWI and on June 24 she was arrested in Geneseo after failing to stop for a stop sign. She was released from the jail and the next day Davis drove into multiple parked cars at Vitale Park in Lakeville, earning her fourth felony DWI this year.

All four times Davis had a blood alcohol content of more than three times the legal limit of .08 percent.

Davis, who was living in Geneseo at the time of her arrests, pleaded guilty in all three counties, with no promises as to sentencing. She is next to be sentenced in Livingston, followed by Genesee.

Davis last appeared in Livingston County Court on Nov. 30 before Judge Dennis S. Cohen and her case was adjourned to Dec. 14."
