13 WHAM - "A man from Greece was arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of a Walworth man back in October.
Wayne County Sheriff's deputies said 54-year-old Stephen Mazzochetti, Jr. was driving on Teresa Drive on October 7. Mazzochetti allegedly drove onto the sidewalk and hit Roger Drouin.
Drouin died two days later from his injuries.
Mazzochetti was charged with criminally negligent homicide, assault 3rd, reckless driving, failure to exercise due care, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving on a sidewalk and failure to keep right.
He was arraigned in Wayne County Court and remanded to jail on $1,500 cash bail."
