13WHAM - "A Rochester man was arrested Thursday after police said he stole packages from a home.
Officers were called Thursday to a home on Cypress Street for the report of a suspicious person who was taking packages off the front steps of the house. "
"The packages were Christmas presents for a child.
Police arrested 29-year-old Tony Babbers and charged him with petit larceny.
Officers were able to return the stolen packages to their original owner."
