WHEC - "The sexual assault case involving a Yates County bar owner is now heading to county court.
A preliminary hearing against Robert Champlin in Penn Yan Village Court was called off earlier this week so the case can go to a grand jury.
Graphic video posted to social media shows what appears to be Champlin sexually assaulting a woman passed out on the bar at Lloyd's Limited Pub in Penn Yan on Christmas Eve.
Police say surveillance video from the bar showed the woman who took the video was also sexually assaulted. The bar has been closed ever since.
Champlin pleaded not guilty to criminal sexual act in the first degree, attempted rape, sexual abuse, forcible touching, and unlawfully dealing with a child as one of the female victims was under 21 years old and served alcohol."
