13 WHAM - "Rochester police have arrested two people for the murder of a man on Christmas last month.
Joshua Burns and Elzie James, both 19 years old, face 2nd degree murder charges for the death of Jarvis Porter."
"Porter was shot and killed at the intersection of Genesee Street and Kirkland Road, the same intersection he was shot at earlier in 2017.
Police said the victim and the suspects knew each other.
Burns and James are expected to be arraigned Wednesday morning."
