13 WHAM - "A woman from Rochester was arrested Monday after deputies said she used a stolen credit card to buy hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol.
On December 16, Wayne County Sheriff's deputies said 30-year-old Toneka Lewis went to Konstantinou's Liquor Store in Ontario."
"Lewis and at least two other people then allegedly bought more than $700 worth of alcohol using credit card accounts that did not belong to them.
Lewis was charged with two counts of grand larceny 4th, two counts of identity theft 3rd, and one count of petit larceny.
She was arraigned in the Town of Ontario Court and was remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail.
The Monroe County Probation Department helped deputies to make the arrest."
