The LCN - "A Piffard woman is facing a slew of charges after officers found her driving allegedly drunk on Lima Road in Geneseo.
Geneseo police officers stopped Tricia Cutting, 46, on Lima Road Feb. 3 after noticing her vehicle had heavy front end damage and was missing a tire.
Cutting, who was allegedly drinking vodka in her vehicle, refused to take a breathalyzer test at the scene and was taken into custody.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a breath test, unsafe tire, failure to keep right and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian said a complainant called 911 after Cutting apparently crashed her vehicle into a sign on Lima Road near Route 256 in the town of Geneseo.
Osganian said one of Cutting’s fires was completely gone and she was riding on the rim.
“The vehicle was a hazard to be on the roadway,” he said.
Cutting was arraigned in Geneseo Village Court before Justice Kathleen Houston and released to appear March 6."
